Our History |
Rancho Dorado Owners Association is located in the scenic hills of San Marcos, California, and was developed in the early 2000s. This peaceful, family-oriented community consists of 276 homes and offers residents access to parks and well-maintained common areas. The development of Rancho Dorado began in 2000, with construction concluding around 2003. The neighborhood features large single-family homes, typically with four to six bedrooms, set on spacious lots. Its location near White Sands Drive and San Marcos Boulevard provides easy access to shopping, dining, and recreational opportunities, making it a desirable place to live in North County San Diego.
The Rancho Dorado community thrives thanks to its active homeowner volunteers who participate in the Architectural and Landscape Committees, ensuring that the neighborhood remains well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Please see our info page for more information on Committee's and the Board that governs Rancho Dorado! |
