Welcome to the website for Rancho Dorado Owners Association. Rancho Dorado is a 276 home community located in a highly desirable area of San Marcos, with an attractive city maintained park within its boundaries.
Rancho Dorado prides itself in being a well maintained, family oriented community with a low crime rate and active community members. In addition to a five person Board of Directors, the community is governed by an Architectural and Landscape Committee. The Board, Landscape and Architectural Committees are comprised of homeowner volunteers, assisted by The Avalon Management Group, a locally owned and operated professional management company Welcome to our Home!
