Time to clean out those closets and garages! It's garage sale time! The Rancho Dorado Community Garage Sale will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The gates for La Fuente will be open for access during this time frame. The Annual Meeting of the Members and Election was held on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 6:00 PM at the Avalon Management Offices located in San Marcos, Ca. The following are the results of the Annual Meeting:
The Association received 90 ballots and reached their quorum requirement of 25%. Thank you to everyone who voted! Tony Beckerman received 66 votes Rich Landi received 74 votes Tom Primosch received 88 votes Anass Rhammar, as a write-in candidate, received 3 votes There were three positions open for a two year term, the three nominees with the highest votes were elected for the three positions. Thank you Tony, Tom and Rich for your continued service to the community!  We received a report this morning that the postal box on White Sands Drive, opposite of 1248 and next to 1247 White Sands, was vandalized. The vandalism has been reported to the USPS for investigation as well as the San Marcos Sherriff’s Department. A work order was issued for the mailbox repair, which will be completed Monday, April 11th. Postal service to this mailbox will resume on April 12th.
