On January 1, 2016, Rancho Dorado Owners Association will transition our management service provider to Avalon Management. The selection of Avalon by the Board of Directors was the result of a competitive bidding process which began last summer.
Choosing a company with a location which is convenient for our homeowners was ranked high by the Board in terms of selection criteria. Avalon Management has established a local presence in San Marcos. Although Avalon is headquartered in Canyon Lake, which is near Temecula, their local office address is 100 E San Marcos Blvd, San Marcos, CA 92069 which is conveniently right across the street from San Marcos City Hall.
