The annual meeting of the membership and election will be held on April 25, 2016 at 6:00 PM at the offices of Avalon Management, located at 100 E. San Marcos Blvd, Suite 400, San Marcos, Ca. If you have not returned your ballot, please return it via mail prior to the meeting or you may hand deliver it at the meeting. The Association needs 25% (or 69 Homes) to return ballots in order for the election to occur. Please contact Avalon Management at RanchoDorado@AvalonWeb.com, with any questions or for a replacement ballot. 

At the March 21, 2016 Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved the following items:

• Replacement of the telephone entry system at the entry gates at La Fuente (both sides).
  
• Street sealing of the private streets located within La Fuente.
• Painting of the wrought iron entry gates at La Fuente.
  
• Painting of all the monument letters throughout the community.
  
• Installation of plant material on the slopes on Emerald Sea.
  

All items will be scheduled in the April and May. Notices will be sent out to any affected homeowners!
