The annual meeting of the membership and election will be held on April 25, 2016 at 6:00 PM at the offices of Avalon Management, located at 100 E. San Marcos Blvd, Suite 400, San Marcos, Ca. If you have not returned your ballot, please return it via mail prior to the meeting or you may hand deliver it at the meeting. The Association needs 25% (or 69 Homes) to return ballots in order for the election to occur. Please contact Avalon Management at [email protected], with any questions or for a replacement ballot.
