The Vista Planning Commission is meeting, November 16, 2016 to seek approval for the Vista Palomar Mixed Use Project, PC19-076. The Vista Palomar project proposes a four story 100 room hotel and almost 200 condominium units elevated hillside 17 acre parcel immediately adjacent to San Marcos Blvd. There are concerns over the impact the project may create for the City of San Marcos and the residents in the surrounding areas. The City of San Marcos Unified School District has expressed concern over the impact that this project may have on the already over populated schools.

The meeting will be held at the Vista Civic Center, located at 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, Ca at 6:00 PM.
